DollarsAroundtheWorld.com is owned and managed by World Wide Activity, Inc. in these terms will be stated here on as "Dollars Around".
Join the Dollars Around site and list for life, in your own city. Your membership includes a contribution. You understand that you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to be an Affiliate and get paid affiliate fees. You will only get paid from activity that is referred and purchased from dollarsaroundtheworld.com through your direct affiliate link. Dollars Around will donate or pay a percentage from the sale of all T-Shirts and Polo's, optional Dollars Around advertising, any sales of the WWAC® Card, optional Web Design and Dollars Around and other items or merchandise introduced to be sold by dollarsaroundtheworld.com through the main site or through affiliate links to local and World Food Banks, Micro-Credit to the poor and other self reliance agencies such as our Chosen Charities: see http://dollarsaroundtheworld.com/charities and others chosen by Dollars Around to lift up the underprivileged. Plus, Dollars Around will give free new member referrals to chosen agencies that will build a database of Affiliate fees paid direct to them, every Dollars Around member / distributor will be a direct or indirect part of this.
Mission Statement: We are a for-profit social business "Club" with a unique purpose approach that has turned Humanitarian Entrepreneurship into a social responsibility business model as our core focus business. Making a Profit is gratifying, OK and good, and so is helping and giving back. We include a search engine that shares its income with its members; or a search engine that is being built by its members that will share the income. A Business to do good to all people! Collectively we will help send $Dollars Around the World™ and back again. A social business network to collectively help fill food banks, help eradicate poverty, encourage self reliance and free enterprise and encourage fundraising. To help members advertise their business and goods and have another vessel for additional income. To give back to community, the nation, and world as each member shares in the economy or income. We believe life is meant to be enjoyed not just endured. Collectively we will generate "Perpetual Residual Income and Donations" for all Affiliates, Retailers, and Recipients. Benefactor and beneficiary all benefit alike. Win! Win! Win!
You understand that the purchase of the Dollars Around the World™ Shirts and others items noted as fundraiser items through www.dollarsaroundaroundtheworld.com "ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE" because you are getting a product in return for your money. A percentage of all items sold will be donated to our "Chosen Charities" and other charities and nonprofit groups.
You also understand that a profit is being made by dollarsaroundtheworld.com and its affiliate members whether they are businesses or individuals. You also understand that charities and nonprofit groups may be affiliates that are using the system to create additional income for their cause. Dollarsaroundtheworld.com does / will donate a percentage of each item sold to our "Chosen Charities" and then pay computer generated residuals to members who use their affiliate link (referring sub domain link) to refer others to join and purchase these items through their affiliate link and get paid affiliate fees (site referral affiliate commissions or a shared income) through activity from their referral database! You understand that the end result is to help others by awarding them with some possible additional income, by allowing them to use their affiliate link to sell items and acquire more referring members so dollarsaroundtheworld.com can meet its goals of sharing and donating a percentage to our "CRUSADE". We are simply selling these items (there are costs related to wholesaling and marketing) and giving a free membership to dollarsaroundtheworld.com after the purchase to allow a profit potential for our affiliates and ourselves so that we can create a vessel that will allow us our donation dreams to finance / donate to our Pole' Pole' Helping Hands project, our "Chosen Charities", and bless endless charities and nonprofit groups as people purchase these items. You understand that the fundraiser items purchased are non refundable.
- After joining you may list free on your own city and you may post your website and/or retail store. After posting on your city, your listing will also default to the Dollars Around main listing (world wide listing). You will have three ever-changeable listings, 24/7, to promote your items, products, properties, and services.
- Dollars Around Retailer Affiliates may change their "Special Offer" 24/7. Dollars Around Retailer Affiliates must keep an active "Special Offer" to maintain their listing and membership.
- Get paid affiliate fees from your Dollars Around sales generated Affiliate link that will include your referral affiliate database. Additional listings, banner ads, and specialty advertising is optional as paid advertising.
- Only members that have joined as Affiliates or Retailers may list on the Dollars Around "Club". You must join the Dollars Around Club and be a "paid" Affiliate or Retailer Affiliate to qualify to list, advertise, and post videos on Dollars Around.
- Get paid to refer others to Dollars Around and purchase the Dollars Around T-Shirts, Polo Shirts all other merchandise that will help support the revenue of the $Dollars Around the World™ Club and the system will build a database of your referrals. You get paid a Dollars Around "SHARE" commission or Affiliate fee from any new paid members, any "optional paid listings", advertising, optional web design that is created by Dollars Around, merchandise, and purchases of the WWAC® Card made from those on your database. Get paid Affiliate referral fees and keep an active listing to receive paid Affiliate fees. Only referrals through your Dollars Around Affiliate link will qualify as your Database and affiliate fee income. You may choose to be paid affiliate fees through PayPal® or via post mail. You will be charged a fee from PayPal® for the transaction and that fee will be taken or subtracted from the total affiliate fee being sent. Dollars Around will charge a transaction or service fee of $.30 to pay you through PayPal® and that fee will be taken or subtracted from the total affiliate fee being sent. If you chose to be paid by post mail you will be charged a minimum of $1.50 for the check and handling to be mailed to your mailing address and that fee will be taken or subtracted from the total affiliate fee being sent. Dollars Around has the right to lower or raise the price of the shipping and handling of the Affiliate checks sent in the mail. Checks will be mailed to you monthly. Once the service is available and you chose to have money wired to you, you will pay all wire and handling fees that are applicable from the balance and Dollars Around handling charges.
- Keep an active listing to get paid Affiliate fees - your " Dollars Around SHARE". Dollars Around pays you back for referring others that make purchases through your Dollars Around Affiliate link, but you must maintain an active listing to qualify.
- Use your Dollars Around sub domain URL as a referral site and a receptacle link from your existing web site to post additional info about yourself, and invite others to join Dollars Around through your Dollars Around Affiliate link. Use your Dollars Around Affiliate links to refer others and get affiliate fees paid to you. Login to your "MYAccount" after joining.
- Affiliates are independent individuals, businesses of Dollars Around. Affiliates shall not accept cash, checks, credit cards, bank wire, PayPal or any such payment of any kind on behalf of Dollars Around. All sales, memberships and Dollars Around merchandise must be purchased through the web site URL which includes its affiliate or sub domain member links. Affiliates understand that they will only get paid affiliate fees from their computer generated affiliate referral database (those that have join and/or purchased through their direct link or their 7 level referral database). Nothing in this agreement constitutes either party an agent legal representative, subsidiary, joint venture, partner, employee or servant of the other party for any purpose whatsoever. Nothing in this agreement authorizes affiliates to make any contract, agreement, warranty, or representation on behalf of Dollars Around.

Dollars Around shares compensation with its Affiliates through their Dollars Around sub domain or sublet domain. Affiliates receive Affiliate Fee/ commissions made through their Affiliate links via their sub domain, or affiliate link. Dollars Around reserves the right to terminate Affiliation and stop service to any Affiliate who abuses the system, either through seeking affiliate enrollment without regret to content, or through other improper use of Dollars Around, including improper information gathering. If an Affiliate is just trying to sell the "sizzle" and an affiliate's enrollees are not purchasing a real service such as a posting, a sub domain, or sublet domain for products, services or information, that Affiliate may be terminated without notice. This does not apply to those who intend to list items, products, properties and services and have not yet done so on Dollars Around SHOP. The Dollars Around Header and Banner Ads will link to and be placed at the top and left of each and every web page generated and transmitted by Dollars Around.
Dollars Around reserves the right to exclude from any Dollars Around Affiliate sub domain or sublet domain that contains material that Dollars Around deems offensive to its standards and will not allow other sites competitive to Dollars Around.
Please "NO" joining, listing, posting on Dollars Around as an Affiliate or Merchant / Retailer if you are or have a site or sites that are Site Builders, Web Designers, Search Engines, or are competitive in nature such as Discount Cards or discount memberships, or sites that have Booking Engines of Travel; however, travel related sites are welcome. These and all other sites may join as a Dollars Around BLOG, but may not list or advertise on the Dollars Around categories or banners or optional advertising spots.
Dollars Around URLs are owned by Dollars Around and are yours to use as long as it is active. Dollars Around Reserves the right to charge annual fees, change the price for advertising, the WWAC® Card or add any content, changes to the plan, or updates. Dollars Around makes no clam to liability for short or long-term outages or shut down.
Ads that contain a URL or domain in the body must link to that same URL or domain. All users must be sent to the same landing page when the ad is clicked. Landing pages cannot use "fake" close behavior (ie. when a user clicks the 'close' icon on the page, the page should close down and no other behavior should result). Landing pages cannot utilize "mouse trapping" whereby the advertiser does not allow users to use their browser "back button" and traps them on their site and/or present any other unexpected behavior (for example: navigation to another ad or page). Ads may not promote adult content, including nudity, sexual terms and/or images of people in positions or activities that are excessively suggestive or sexual. Ads may not contain, facilitate or promote offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate language.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT:
- Upload, post, or transmit through your Dollars Around site any unlawful, harassing, stalking, pornographic, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, libelous, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, invasive, hateful, excessively violent or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content or direct links to chat rooms. Pornographic material includes genitalia and / or female breasts being displayed as well as sexual acts of any kind.
- Copy, broadcast, distribute, or otherwise use any content provided by others, in a manner that is unlawful, harassing, stalking, pornographic, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, libelous, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, invasive, hateful, excessively violent or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable on your Dollars Around site.
- Host or transmit any content that might infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity, or other proprietary rights of others.
- Copy, broadcast, distribute, or otherwise use any content provided by others, in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights of others.
- Your Dollars Around URL is owned by Dollars Around and is yours to use as long as it is active. You did not buy and do not own the URL; you simply joined the Dollars Around Club.
- Dollars Around reserves the right to charge an annual maintenance fee or a sign up fee.
If you violate the terms above, Dollars Around will delete your Affiliate site and charge your credit card a $100.00 cancellation fee. Dollars Around reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.
By their very nature, Dollars Around may have sites (affiliates who have joined as sub domains) that carry offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate material, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. We expect that you will use caution and common sense and exercise proper judgment when using these sits on Dollars Around. Dollars Around does not endorse, support, represent for guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any communications posted via the Service or endorse any opinions expressed via the Service. You acknowledge and understand that any reliance on material posted via the Service will be at your own risk. We invite Dollars Around Affiliates to police the site for infractions and help keep your affiliate site clean and safe for all.
