It was amazing for me to feel the desire of these little kids to learn and to be productive. They truly have a spirit of goodness and hope!

Picking materials in Moshi for the school
We have been to Moshi and searched locally where we can get our materials to build the school. We are going to several places to get the best value for the funding we use.

Locals wanting to help
These local villiage workers are ready and willing to go to work. We are excited to work with the local people as we learn and grow from each others experience. We together will create this, a dream come true!

We are ready to excavate as soon as we raise our funding. I have found 5 key helpers there, who I have climbed Kilimanjaro with, who are ready to excavate on my word.

This house was an award winning house that Holland Construction did in the Teton Valley of Idaho. We have 27 years in the construction business which gives us the experience needed to participate in many orphanage schools to come! Visit our web site at www.hollandconst.net

The school will be constructed out of concrete filled poly foam blocks!
This system of construction will allow us to save time and money and provide a much more durable structure. The concrete filled Arxx panels will have a complete stucco exterior that will match the existing cinder block buildings, but provide a much cooler environment for the students.

The building will provide the needs for up to 28 orphans, will provide jobs for several of the locals and training that will allow sellected local foremans to continue a needed trade in Moshi Tanzania.

School Layout!
The layout allows for sleeping rooms for both boys and girls and the teachers. There will also be a large classroom, restrooms and wash area. There will even be an office area with storage! Estimated cost of the construction ready for occupancy is $88,550

Mary has years of experience in this capacity and is well linked in the community to facilitate the growth and development of the children who will be taught at the Pole'Pole' School.
